It’s really hard to narrow down because I found the whole program SO helpful. If I had to try, I’d say understanding my role as presenter in needing to focus on what my audience needs, and thinking of presenting through that lens. Structuring your message well and then the tools you use to express yourself clearly, to have the greatest impact.
