Lessons in the course are bite-sized, taking between 10 and 30 minutes to complete. On average, it takes around six weeks to complete the whole course if you work consistently through the content. But we know you are not average – so you do you and take as long as you need. (the record for completion is one weekend, but we definitely DON’T recommend that!)

We pack and prepare each course Prologue kit individually just for you. Typically, it takes us 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order to the time we are ready to pop it in the post. Once packed and ready to send, it can take anywhere from 3-5 days for delivery to metropolitan areas, longer if you live outside of an Australian metropolitan location. If you live outside of Australia, our customer service team will discuss your delivery options with you.

You’ll need your phone to use the app and a pen or pencil to write in the book. Headphones if you prefer. For some lessons, you’ll need a quiet place to yourself, and for others a friend or work mate to interact with. Oh, and bring an open mind. That’s a pretty important one.

You can splash your certificate across social media or print it out to prove to your boss you did the course. Plus, the book and app will always be at your fingertips, so you can come back to them at any time for a refresher.

They can! This course is designed as a personal experience, but having others to support you in your learning journey can definitely offer an elevated experience. Like having a gym buddy. We can provide team leaders with training notes and guidance to help them support their team and offer moments for sharing or team activity that enhances the work. And we are always here for you if you need to troubleshoot some training solutions. The course content, however, is designed to be done individually, so you don’t need a team to get the most out of it, and its absolutely fine if some team members progress through the course faster than others.
